Kylie is cool and collected, and her amazing blue eyes are the same.  She ROCKED these portraits!  Oh, and thank you to this super neat Pakistani Bus that was parked at The Nelson.  Love the colorful background, and the blues go so well with her eyes.  …yes…I’m obsessed with her eyes!

One of my favorite things to do is get the mom in front of the camera.  Most protest with excuses of bad clothing or no makeup…but I politely plead…beg… and most give in.  I truly believe that photographs that portray relationships are 100x more sentimental than a great portrait of someone alone.  As a mother of two kids, 9yrs & 13 yrs, I can say I’m just like most moms out there…I have fallen off the wagon of photographing ordinary, everyday kinds of pictures that show us as a family.  If it weren’t for my camera phone, I probably wouldn’t have much from the last couple years.  SHAME SHAME!  So when I see a great relationship, I try to cease the opportunity.  I love these two pictures of Kylie and her mother.  Makes me smile and inspires me to take more pictures with my daughter.  🙂
