I grew up with my crafty mother always working on some kind of sewing project. My siblings and I still tease her because she would start a project and it would take years and years to finish. In fact, she JUST finished my sister’s (who is now 26) baby quilt about a year ago….so yeah…some projects take longer than others. I can relate…as I think that bad habit has been slightly passed down to me….though I don’t take over 2 decades to finish, haha. I’ve actually only made one small baby quilt, for my daughter, and it was a simple square quilt design…but I can see why quilting is such a popular craft. Real quilters, hobbyists or pros, have mad skills and the designs are total works of arts….and Peddler’s Wagon is definitely the place to go for supplies. They have EVERYTHING a quilter could want.
